In managing any Erasmus+ mobility project, our staff implements a
6-steps procedure.

To reach great quality results, we organize our work in 6 main steps:

PRE-ARRIVAL: evaluation of CVs and profiles’ matching + pre-arrival informative Skype with participants;

ON ARRIVAL: Welcome meeting with cultural info included + city tour;

POST ARRIVAL: Cognitive Meeting in the hosting companies;
-
DURING: Monitoring and collection of dissemination material (pictures, videos);
-
PRE-DEPARTURE: Final meeting with Evaluation, Europass completion and Certificates;
-
POST DEPARTURE: Report completion, newspaper articles, blog entries et al.
