"Practice+" in Abruzzo, Italy for the students from Elektrenai Vocational Training Centre

Elektrenai Vocational Training Centre has coordinated yet another Erasmus+ KA1 project called “Practice+” in cooperation with AMFI International. The Erasmus+ project gave 8 cook students from the Lithuanian institution the possibility to deepen their knowledge and skills, getting in touch with the Italian culture and lifestyle. All the participants increased their competitiveness by acquiring real workplace experience and specific professional competences. The project unfolded from January 25th to February 15th 2020.

Through the Erasmus+ mobility, participants were able to deepen their knowledge and skills getting in touch with the Italian culture and lifestyle. They were able to increase their competitiveness by acquiring real workplace experience and specific professional competences.

MAIN GOAL: Project’s main goal was to provide an opportunity for students to acquire new practical professional skills and competences during the internships in foreign companies.

AMFI International was able to organize such a programme thanks to the collaboration of several local partners:

During their stay in Italy, participants learned how to prepare traditional Italian dishes and how to serve them.

This time was life changing for the students and positive for AMFI, as its staff gained even greater experience from hosting such good students from Elektrenai Vocational Training Centre. Therefore, we hope that the cooperation with this Lithuanian institution will be able to strengthen and continue through time.
