FIRST STEP TO THE LABOUR MARKET

Vilnius School of Public Utilities has coordinated Erasmus+ KA1 project called “First step to the labor

market” in cooperation with AMFI International. The Erasmus+ project gave 10 students of various

professions from the Lithuanian institution the possibility to deepen their knowledge and skills,

getting in touch with the Italian culture and lifestyle. All the participants increased their

competitiveness by acquiring real workplace experience and specific professional competences. The

project unfolded from April 25th to May 14th, 2022.

Through the Erasmus+ mobility, participants were able to deepen their knowledge and skills getting

in touch with the Italian culture and lifestyle. They were able to increase their competitiveness by

acquiring real workplace experience and specific professional competences.

MAIN GOAL: to improve the professional competences and practical skills of VET students in the real

work situations, taking into account the needs of today's labor market.
