INTERNSHIP FOR RECENT GRADUATES

From July 12th to July 29th, 2022 AMFI hosted a combined group of 10 recent graduates from

Elektrėnai Vocational Training Centre, Šilutė Vocational Training Centre and Aukštadvaris

Gymnasium Vocational Training Department, Lithuania. The Erasmus+ KA1 project No. 2021-1-LT01-

KA121-VET-000005876 gave 10 recent graduates of various professions from the Lithuanian

institutions the possibility to deepen their knowledge and skills, getting in touch with the Italian

culture and lifestyle. All the participants increased their competitiveness by acquiring real workplace

experience and specific professional competences.

Through the Erasmus+ mobility, participants were able to deepen their knowledge and skills getting

in touch with the Italian culture and lifestyle. They were able to increase their competitiveness by

acquiring real workplace experience and specific professional competences.

Goal of the internship: To improve the competencies of learners in foreign business enterprises in

order to achieve competitiveness in the global labor market.
