Job-shadowing mobility for Lithuanian teachers

From October 17 to October 21, 2022, 6 teachers from Lithuania participated in job-shadowing

activities in Avezzano, Italy, in cooperation with AMFI INTERNATIONAL. Teachers represented

Elektrėnai Vocational Training Centre, Šilutė Vocational Training Centre and Trakai d. Aukštadvaris

Gymnasium. Job-shadowing mobility was implemented by Erasmus+ project No. 2021-1-LT01-

KA121-VET-000005876.

During the job-shadowing mobility, the 6 teachers visited several schools, observed lectures of

theory and practice and were able to gain and share the experience with Italian colleagues. During

the mobility participants acquired knowledge, skills and competencies to work with students with

special needs and to improve the quality of inclusive education in order to create the conditions for

each student to become effectively involved in the learning process.

Participants achieved the project main goal: to improve the professional training process based on

the experience of foreign countries.

At the end of their mobility, participants received a Certificate of Attendance.
