Job-shadowing mobility for Lithuanian teachers

From May 9 to May 13, 2023, 5 teachers from Lithuania participated in job-shadowing activities in Avezzano, Italy, in cooperation with AMFI INTERNATIONAL. Teachers represented Elektrėnai Vocational Training Centre. Job-shadowing mobility was implemented by Erasmus+ project No. 2022-1-LT01-KA121-VET-000053753.

During the job-shadowing mobility, the 5 teachers visited several schools, observed lectures of theory and practice and were able to gain and share the experience with Italian colleagues. During the mobility participants acquired knowledge, skills and competencies to evaluate the learning achievements of students during vocational education. Participants also got acquainted with modern methods of assessing, testing and evaluating student achievements, as well as their application in theoretical and practical professional training.

Participants achieved the project's main goal: to improve the professional training process based on the experience of foreign countries.

At the end of their mobility, participants received a Certificate of Attendance.
