Learning Motivation at School though Erasmus+, the experience of 10 lithuanian teachers

The project "Learning Motivation at School" N° 2020-1-LT01-KA101-077506 was promoted within the Erasmus+ Programme and organized by “Vilnius School of Public Utilities”, in cooperation with AMFI INTERNATIONAL, from October 3 to October9, 2021.

The 10 teachers participated in 5 days/40 hours qualification training courses “Learning motivation at school”, they got familiar with different theories and methods on how to motivate students.

During this period participants got familiar with the staff and locals of the hosting organization AMFI - Agenzia per la Mobilità e la Formazione Internazionale. Participants achieved the project's main goal: to raise the professional qualification of teachers in order to use modern and creative ways while solving students' learning motivation problems, especially at the senior classes.

At the end of their Training Programme, participants received a Certificate of Attendance.
