Motivated Students – the Erasmus+ experience of 5 Lithuanian teachers

The project "Motivated Students" N° 2021-1-LT01-KA122-SCH-000013016 was promoted within the Erasmus+ Programme and organized by Aukstadvaris Gymnasium, in cooperation with AMFI INTERNATIONAL, from April 30 to May 7, 2022.

The 5 teachers participated in 5 days/40 hours qualification training courses “Learning motivation at school”, they got familiar with different theories and methods on how to motivate students.

During this period participants got familiar with the staff and locals of the hosting organization AMFI - Agenzia per la Mobilità e la Formazione Internazionale. Participants achieved the project's main goal: to improve the abilities of teachers to solve the problems of students' learning motivation and to creatively motivate and involve students in the process of education.

At the end of their Training Programme, participants received a Certificate of Attendance.
